Server Maintenance - 02/26

Update 10:00am EST: The servers are back online.

We will be bringing the servers offline tomorrow, Tuesday February 26th, at 9:00 am EST (15:00 CET) for essential maintenance.

At this time we anticipate that the servers will be back online no later than 11:00 am EST (17:00 CET).

Please be sure to check the Herald for updates regarding this downtime.

Emergency Server Maintenance - 2/24

Update 10:15pm: All servers are back online.

We will be bringing the server down for emergency maintenance today at 6:30pm EST (23:30 GMT) to address the issue detailed in this forum post.

At this time we anticipate that the server will be back online no later than 9:30pm EST (02:30 GMT).

Server Hardware Update

During yesterday’s server maintenance we performed a required hardware update that resulted in some unexpected server stability issues.

We have identified the problem and hope to have a fix in place soon. For more information please visit the Warhammer Forums.

Account Center Maintenance - 02/21

Greetings,

We will bring down the Account Center for a short maintenance tomorrow, Thursday February 21st, at 8am EST (14:00 CET). During the maintenance you will not be able to change subscription, redeem game codes or transfer characters.

At the moment we anticipate the Account Center to be back online at 9:00am EST (15:00 CET).

Server Maintenance Issue - 2/19

Update 3:45 pm: The servers are now available. Transfers remain unavailable at this time. Please keep an eye here for any additional updates.

There was an issue with the server maintenance this morning that will require the servers to be brought down again at 1:00pm EST (18:00 GMT). In addition, character transfers from the archived servers will be unavailable until further notice.

Update: 8:00am EST:  Maintenance has been completed and all servers are back online.

We will be bringing the servers offline tomorrow, Tuesday February 19th, at 5:00 am EST (11:00 CET) for essential maintenance.

At this time we anticipate that the servers will be back online no later than 12:00 pm EST (18:00 GMT).
