Patch 1.4.8 comes to the Public Test Server and it will remain open from 11/21 through 11/28. Here are some of the highlights from the patch:

• Currency Conversion: There are War Crest Vault Keepers located in the T1 Warcamps in EvC, as well as in the Capital Cities near the renown gear vendors. 
• The Supplier Quartermasters in all T1-T3 Warcamps has a new quest that will appear if you are the appropriate level for that tier.
• Renown Vendors have had their contents shuffled a bit to both make things a little easier to find, and bring them in line with the new currency.
• And most importantly of all: Fight and claim War Crests!! 

Remember to transfer over a few characters of various levels to check out all of the changes and enjoy experimenting with the new currency in each tier.
